Our terms of service consist of following documents:

• Service Agreement (SA)
• Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

These documents are legally binding for both parties and the statements expressed within are the base for a resolution in case of a dispute.

  • 99.9% uptime guarantee for all public services and the infrastructure
  • standard support included with all accounts, 24 hours max reply time
  • Enterprise Class Backup with 7 days / 2 weeks rotation, monthly backups kept for 2 years in a Swiss bank vault (for MySQL databases additionally hourly backups in 24 hours rotation)
  • 30 days money back guarantee
• Customer:
  • no illegal or offensive content or activities
  • no unsolicited e-mail/spam
  • hosting fees are to be paid in advance
  • extraordinary support has to be covered by Service Units ($19.95/15min)
