Referral System

We here at Orc Webhosting value customer satisfaction and believe that mouth-to-mouth advertisement lets people find the service that's most suitable for them. To reward our customers for recommending us, we've got a referral system in place, offering $50 (hosting accounts) to $120 (reseller accounts) for each successful recommendation. This is how the system works:

• You have to be a customer of Orc Webhosting yourself.
• You refer a new customer to us, either by the new customer putting your name and domain name into the comments field at signup, or by you contacting us within 10 days of their signup, telling us the new customer's name and domain name.
• The new customer you referred to us has to stay with us at least 60 days.
• After the 60 days, we'll send you $50 resp. $120 to the account you use for payments (usually your PayPal account).

It doesn't matter what hosting plan the customer signs up for, the referral fee is always the same: we didn't want to build any subtle pressure mechanisms into this offering but rather that the new customer chooses the plan most suitable for him/her.
